Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 10 days before your arrival date is free of charge. Any cancellation made less than 10 days notice will be subjected to 50% of the rental.
Modification of booking up to 72 hours before your arrival date is free of charge. Any modification made less than 72 hours notice will be subjected to 1 (one) night room charge based on daily prorated rate.
No Show will be subjected to 50% of the rental.

Deposit

For weekly rental, we require 1 week security deposit and RM300 utility deposit.
For monthly rental, we require 1 month security deposit and RM1,000 utility deposit.
Deposit paid is refundable upon check-out less any liabilities.
