Do you have any dining facilities in Saujana Villa?
We have 2 restaurants namely "Chuka Café" (Japanese-Chinese mixed cuisines) and "Palm Villa Café" (bakery & café)

Is Internet line provided in the unit?
You may apply for a broadband internet line through one of the reputable providers. Some of them offer broadband service using fibre optics to deliver high speed internet, phone and IPTV services to customers’ home. You may contact our Condominium Management Office for more information and assistance.
We provide complimentary unlimited internet access via fibre optic broadband in all our Short-Term units.
In addition, you may access to internet at WiFi Hot Spot located near the swimming pool exclusively for our valued tenants.
Is telephone line provided in the unit?
We do not provide a fixed telephone line in our units. However, you may make the following arrangement.
Various internet providers offer an option to add a fixed telephone line in your unit.

You may use a mobile phone with a pre-paid card to make and receive calls including IDD calls. Rental of a mobile phone is also available at Saujana Villa Management Office.
How long is the minimum leasing period?
To rent our Long-Term Unit, we require a minimum 1 year tenancy. On the other hand, for Short-Term unit, we offer weekly rental (minimum 1 week tenancy) and monthly rental (minimum 1 month tenancy).
How can I check room availability and make my booking?

What is the difference between Long-Term unit and Short-Term unit?

Do you allow your tenants to keep a pet?
Pets are allowed based on the management’s discretion. However, any types of exotic pets, huge dogs and uncommon pets are not permitted. Please consult us before taking in any pets.
Is car park provided?
We provide 1 (one) complimentary parking lot per unit for Type B and Type C units, and 2 (two) complimentary parking lots per unit for Type A unit. Additional parking lot is available upon request with additional charges.
Do you offer House-Keeping Service?
We provide Twice-a-Week House Keeping Service and/or One-time spring cleaning service upon request with additional charges. Kindly contact our Condominium Management Office for more information and assistance.
We have our own furniture and electrical appliances.
Do you rent a unit unfurnished?
For Long-Term Unit, we offer options of fully-furnished, partly-furnished or unfurnished according to the tenants’ requirements. However, all our Short-Term Units are fully furnished with our standard furniture, electrical appliances and amenities.
How can I get assistance if I have any problems in my unit?
You can contact our Condominium Management Office for assistance. We have our own in-house maintenance team to attend your needs soonest possible.
Do you offer travel assistance such as arrangement of rent-a-car, city tour and air ticketing?
Although our Condominium Management Office does not offer travel assistance, you may approach our Travel Agent located within our condominium premises. They provide wide range of travelling arrangement to suit your needs.
How can I get Taxi?
For taxi arrangement, you may contact our Condominium Management Office or our Condominium Guard House.

Where can we dine outside Saujana Villa?
5-star hotel "The Saujana" is located right next to our condominium within 3 minutes walking distance where various local & international cuisines are available. Wide variety of restaurants & food outlets are also located in the CITTA Mall, the nearest shopping mall within 3 minutes driving distance. "Room Service" is also available, provided by a wide-variety of external reputable restaurants which conduct door-to-door food delivery service.
Where is the nearest shopping mall located?
The nearest shopping mall, CITTA Mall is located 3 - 5 minutes drive from the Condominium. Subang Parade, Empire Shopping Gallery and AEON Big are located about 10 minutes drive from our Condominium.
How far is Kuala Lumpur City Center?
Approximately 26km away or 20 - 30 minutes drive to the Kuala Lumpur City Center

Approximately 58km or 35 minutes drive.
How can I get to Saujana Villa Condominium from Airport?
You may take Airport limousine (taxi) from the airport. Upon prior request, we are pleased to arrange a pick-up service offered by our affiliated travel agent. (Charges apply.)
Where is the nearest commuter station?
Ara Damansara LRT Station is located approximately 15 minutes walk from our condominium, which directly takes you to Kuala Lumpur City Center.
How far is the nearest Hospital?
One of the most reputable and trusted hospitals in Malaysia, Ara Damansara Medical Center and Subang Jaya Medical Center, (both under Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Group) which provide a wide range of medical and health care services are situated a mere 3 - 15 minutes drive from the condominium.

I don’t drive at all. How can I shop for my groceries & other daily necessities?
We have a Mini-Market located in the condominium premises where you can find most of the daily necessities.
A contracted shop-car visits Saujana Villa on every Monday evening to sell fresh vegetables, fruits & poultry items to our tenants.

What is the voltage in Malaysia?
The voltage used in Malaysia is 230/240 volts -50hz. If your electrical appliance uses 110/120 volts, you need to use a transformer/converter to step down the 230/240 volts Malaysian voltage to your 110/120 volt appliances. Failing to do so will damage your electrical appliances.
If your electrical appliances use 230/240 volts, you may just need to use the wall outlet plug adapters.
Malaysia uses the British Standard BS 1363 domestic AC power plugs and sockets.
Is tap water safe in Malaysia?
Generally, it is safe for washing, bathing and cooking. However, we advise our tenants to refrain from drinking directly from the tap. In stead, we recommend to buy drinking water from our Mini-Market or to install a water filter at tap for drinking.
